I have used this service for many years & I have never had to pay. A representative called me & helped me figure out how to file for free.

Carolyn, on the phone, walked me through the system and found the problem. She was fast, efficient, pleasant, and fun to talk to. Turbo Tax is the best - not only is the online system simple and fun, but its system for fixing problems does the job well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No questions asked regarding ID PIN for dependents Initial eFile was rejected because our youngest dependent daughter's ID had been stolen for tax reporting 2021 and she had been given an ID PIN for future tax reporting. No where was it asked if we wanted to enter any ID PIN. took the rep a while to resolve but we did get there.
