Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased! We had some issues because my inheritance complicated what normally would happen with my taxes, but Temisha helped us and was so wonderful. Art helped us too but his phone connection was poor. I'm highly impressed that they did call within 5 minutes as the service promises. I would still highly recommend TurboTax to everyone because it did 31 pages of math I can't do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax still outstanding! I have used TurboTax to file my taxes for many years. Usually use Deluxe version, to file federal and state returns. Upgrade when needed to handle real estate sale and purchase, stock sale, etc. I like the Easy Step, but also being able to go directly to any forms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs to improve I've been using this to file a trust return for 3 years now. I doesn't have ease of user features as other products. Things like importing forms are missing so I have to enter myself. This adds the possibility of errors. Overall the price is much higher than other products. The state tax product should be included at tis price. I feel there should be a trust only version of the product as I do not like paying for business features for a trust return. it seems like a money grab especially when other products keep getting better but this one is in a time warp. I've looked at other products and they are not any better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Watch out for changes As always happens, turbo tax threw me a curve ball and I found myself half way through the return with an insoluble problem. I failed to check certain choices on one of the screens, and was unable to enter the amounts for repairs and maintenance and unable to get back to fix the problem. I was stuck with incomplete information with no way to correct it. I then made the mistake of deleting my property info which caused an even bigger problem, I lost my depreciation worksheet and therefore was unable to to complete my return accurately. I had to select a more expensive option to get help and luckily after several attempts got in touch with someone who could help me. The first two calls were a waste of time. The name of the tax expert I got in touch with was Larry and he helped me confirm that my data was not lost and I was able to complete my return by starting over. Never assume that your turbo tax experience is going to be the same as it was last time. Now you have to select certain options for property expenses that previously had been included by default, namely expense categories for maintenance and repair expenses. These should always be included by default with all properties along with the real estate taxes. In addition, remember to think very carefully before deleting anything--it's better to find out how to clear the return and start over-- that way you don't risk losing irreplaceable worksheets or other data.
