Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pleasant service, exorbitant prices I have been using TurboTax since I began filing taxes. Though I appreciate the service, I only am blessed with the headache of filing taxes, and then have to pay for the pleasure of the headache, because of TurboTax and companies like it. Add that to the long list of things we pay for in the US that in other countries, are automatically deducted without having to pay a third-party to do so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Experience with Live Assistance I entered the wrong data and created a problem. I was unable to resolve it on my own. II felt I spend an eternity trying to undo the problem. I received a call from Anthony and instantly I felt relieved. The problem was easily resolved!
