Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2.49% fee to pay for taxes using a credit card! Quick and easy experience no doubt. But there is a RIDICULOUS fee of 2.49% of the amount you owe (if you owe) in order to pay with a credit card. It's almost like they DON'T want you to earn those points on your credit card, seeing as how a debit transaction comes with no fee. It's really a disgrace. What if people don't have a large amount on hand in checking and have no choice but to use a credit card? They get slammed with an additional unaffordable fee. Way to go Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review for Senior Citizen Charging $188.68 overall to e-file a simple return for a 93-year old senior citizen simply because there was one 1099-B item is OUTRAGEOUS! Especially when that extra cost is not indicated upon initial product selection. I used HR Block software last year, with no added cost for filing the same info.

She made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions in a manner which I could understand. She gave me some helpful hints as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly a great experience My experience with Turbo Tax was mostly great. For some reason the 529 deduction moved for Virginia state tax filing, and the instructions were not accurate or consistent in the application. I called customer support, and the first person was rude, extremely unhelpful, interrupted me often, and eventually hung up on me and left the screen sharing active. The second person I spoke to was an absolute angel and I wish everyone were able to work with her.
