Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful but pushy. Your product is helpful because I trust the accuracy, given that my taxes are relatively simple. I like being able to complete them at my pace rather than on an accountant's time. My only gripe is that you guys don't need to ask for an upgrade every other page. Ask once and move on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from IT is ok most of the time In general I can make it do my taxes. It still doesn't handle K-1's very well, requiring I enter all data line by line. Tedious at best. Program crashed 4 times during course of completion, saving data but creating some spurious anxiety! Printing, saving and fling screens were problematic and required manually forcing program to do what I needed it to do. Overall, if there was a better choice I would use it. Seems quite dated considering all the resources available in the software universe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had a lot of problems with TurboTax this year. Took approx 3 hrs to get program to take Activation Code to begin my taxes (2 of those hrs Turbo rep was trying to help). Later had problems getting program to let me type in figures, like Social Security income. As a reward to me for all the problems I was having, they sent me a Service Code to enter to cover payments. Was on phone later with 2 different techs who after 3 hrs told me it didn't apply to my situation. Program cleared one of my state taxes for submission, then I got an email rejecting it for errors. Not a good experience after using Turbo Tax for approximately 25 years.

I like being able to complete them at my pace rather than on an accountant's time. My only gripe is that you guys don't need to ask for an upgrade every other page. Ask once and move on.
