Entering the payment info was easy, then the program went into all sorts of loops and data entry "redo". It obviously did not know I paid. I finally exited the program and waited for an email confirmation of payment before I tried again. Again, it was a convoluted and unclear series of clicks to finally get the system to recognize it was paid and perform the e-file.
