Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tonya was VERY HELPFUL! I have never used the tax expert option before. I am glad I did! Tonya was extremely helpful! I couldn't figure out why I was getting an error, she reviewed the data I entered and found the error. She corrected it, and checked the return and everything went through! It would have taken me hours to figure out what I had entered incorrectly.

They continuously find ways to sneak in fees, add-ons, and other tactics to squeeze every single cent they can from your return (disposable income). Gone are the days of cheaply filing online!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Thorough Used the "Live Assisted Deluxe" option and it was a breeze. Consulted a live expert three different times, and finished both federal and state in under 2 hours, included time spent looking for some paperwork for deductions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had to pay twice I bought TT Deluxe through Amazon, the software provided a 1099-G form void of a line 1. I ended up having to buy TT Premier through TT and pay way too much. Ultimately because of lack of quality control, I ended up paying for 2 TT editions to do 1 return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience + Safety Net TurboTax is very convenient and has many safety net type addons that make an anxious person like me A LOT less worried about doing my taxes. Also, having information populated with the push of one button instead of many is SO convenient.
