Specific concerns: broken logic (i.e. 1099Q is taxable when it should be), annoying prompts (saying I have an "error" of not entering info when I was never prompted for that info during the earlier screens) and prompts at the end asking for permission to share all my data w/Intuit and giving me no opt-out option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax works well Turbo tax makes filing very easy. They do offer to upgrade for a fee which they mislead you into believing is lower than what they actually charge. That was an annoyance. You said $89.00 and it cost me $150 something. Annoying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Very Good I think Turbotax is a very good product in most aspects. The one place it needs work is when it runs a review. It often provides an issue related to a particular background tax form that the user has never seen before, and then expects them to provide a response without providing context to enable the user to understand. The help site could also be approved via AI.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My TENTH Year with TurboTax For ten years now TurboTax has served me faithfully and I have had no cause for disappointment. (Can't say that about much else!) It makes filing taxes more certain (less chance for error) and easier. Who couldn't want that?
