Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service First time having to do taxes on my own. Brother usually does them so I was in a hurry to get them done. Started with Turbo Tax and it was an easy process. Customer service was excellent and timely. Uploading documents was simple. Communication with representatives was pleasant and timely.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2021 TT Home and Business - Be Careful (K-1,2,3) I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and found it a great product. However; this year I found it difficult to use. I purchased this product so I could electronically file a K-1 and K-3 which I later found out was not supported. I made several aspects difficult such as the review process and filing. I filed electronically but I am sending the necessary paper work manually.
