Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great, easy to navigate. I took my time doing this return, I was glad I could return where I left off. Also, if I input something Turbotax didn't agree, it would let me know to review it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tuurbo Tax Deluxe Feedback Although I did not use TurboTax live for questions, I do have some concerns. Not being able to "save as" is an ongoing concern since I never know if the inputs have been saved! Near the end of the input, etc., a message came up to access a form for needed additional information; however, no link or number for the Federal Form. This was very time consuming to find the form. Overall the software is reassonably useful and user friendly but still in need of some tweaking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Indispensable, but rough edges First, I cannot imagine having to fill in a paper booklet. My tax situation changes little year to year, but the numbers do change. Turbotax does a good job importing the prior year but could be better at steering me to only the things that matter from what I've entered before. Also, since it clearly knows my banking information from the prior return, I do not understand why I have to enter my banking information again multiple times. If it worked last year, why risk me mistyping that critical information?
