Rated 4 out of 5 by from glitchy this year have always enjoyed using TurboTax. This year with the CARES act and adding Charitable contributions even with standard deductions, I kept getting errors. Had to Call and get it worked out. Anything auto populated from TurboTax had to be deleted. It was super painful. Hopefully this gets worked out before next filing season

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Banner Release. I've been using TT Deluxe forever. Keeps getting better with age. Covered all the changes in deductions as well as special tax situations that resulted from Covis-19 losses. Nicely applied the RMD exemption for 2020. Questioned and explained obscure situations that might affect my Federal and State returns. Clean and simple filing. One day acceptance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fall of Turbotax Software errors. Many inadept experts. Waste of time. I spent 4 weeks trying to get ONE problem corrected, in the end learning that the problem is real, but cannot be corrected. It's like this: going to the doctor with a pain in the toes, and the treatment is to chop off the foot.

TurboTax walks you through the arduous tax process with easy questions to answer then completes the tax forms for you. Oh, and did I mention, they file everything too! TurboTax takes the pain out of doing your taxes! I would never change a thing. I use TurboTax every year!!!
