Rated 2 out of 5 by from predatory Once again, turbo tax will try to sneak in hidden fees and ask you 5 times to upgrade. It will in fine print inform you paying with your refund costs an arm and a leg. If you are a gig worker, get ready to have the worst experience with taxes ever. Insane high fees, confusing menus, constant assault to upgrade for no reason. Can’t use a Credit card on the app must be Apple Pay or with refund (another predatory move).

The format is user friendly and not only do they automatically try to find the best return possible for you but they also give thorough explanations on why things are the way they are

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not an accnt and I hate numbers, not user friendly Doesn't transfer the worksheet information onto the 1065 page 1 which I didn't realize till the IRS stated thousands of Turbo Tax software biz users had the same problem causing them to amend their tax reports!
