Rated 2 out of 5 by from decent, thirsty to up sale Had a error, that should have been simple to fix, but turbo tax kept telling me the error was fixed, when it wasn't. Tried getting support, call center seems to be down, never connected to anyone after the system called me. Fingers crossed I figured it out on my own. Also, super annoying how much ad's to offer up grades. No is no, back off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't like the format changes or raise in prices Turbo tax used to be so easy. I do NOT like the changes to the format. It is harder to find certain subsections. It used to take about 1 hour max to do my taxes. This year's took me about 5. I was mentally exhausted by the time I was done!! And the price is getting too expensive! Probably won't be using it again after using it for at least 12 years.
