Rated 5 out of 5 by from It gets easier every year I've been using Turbo Tax since return from overseas assignment 17 years ago. Started with Deluxe, upgraded to Premier when dealing with MLPs and since retirement. It gets easier all the time. Wishlist: flag account number, not just organization when multiple forms / accounts from same organization are providing data so that closing "missing information" task completion can go even faster.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I am hooked but it can be easier than it is! It is very easy to import previous year's return and forms issued by brokers. But there are several places I felt lost and no one to turn to except searching the web. Questions for some uncommon tax situations could have been framed better and overall the product has scope to be more user friendly. I find the experience every year okay to bearable, but I hope it improves. And what is with the charge upon extra charge to file state returns!
