TurboTax is intuitive, and it also predicts questions I might ask before I ask them, and provides the information I need to make the best financial decisions I can. TurboTax inspires me to manage my finances, welcome support from professionals, and create financial well-being in my life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was simple and intuitive! I enjoyed going through the process. I had my tax documents prepared before going through the process which made it easier. The steps were simple, clean, and easy to understand. I don't know why I paid an accounting firm $400+ last year to do this when I just did it in a few hours on my own for $186 total this year (federal and state).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better every year! Each year, the preparation process is easier and faster to use. I appreciate the innovations you make and would never switch to another tax prep software. One recommendation is to make the auto deductions (mileage, discontinued use, fair market value....????) easier to understand. That was the only area that was frustrating for me
