If somehow they included the cost for e-filing state in the initial cost of the product, or making it possible to pay the state e-filing fee from your bank account or Direct Debit - like that offered as an option for paying your state taxes that are due.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax the Lifesaver It's wonderful how TurboTax leads one through a fairly complicated return step by step. This really simplifies filing the tax return tremendously (and even that is an understatement). One constructive feedback item nonetheless: when taxes are computed it is not always clear what the taxes are composed of. For example, I did not know my fed tax amount included additional medicare tax. I needed to chat with someone in the chatroom to learn this. This could perhaps have been presented in the standard GUI some how, e.g. showing an itemized list of what the overall tax amount consists of. Now the fact that chats are available is also invaluable. All in all I have to I really do love TurboTax! Keep up the good work!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs better Step-by-Step for Form 8615 Had to file Form 8615 for 3 of my kids. I had to do most of it through the Forms mode. The Step-by-Step was incomplete for filling out this form. There also needs to be a way to transfer information from one person's return to another with this new law. I hope that TurboTax improves this for 2021.
