Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time consuming but through Whenever I needed help, TurboTax had little additional info icons with helpful information to explain that section in additional detail. That little assistance and the ability to autofill information from the numerous forms was excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done TurboTax Deluxe Download is great for getting taxes done easily and accurately as it guides you through the whole process with lots of explanation and help topics. However, it is a struggle to access previous years' information from TurboTax Online: The online and download versions are not connected. This is inconvenient, counter-intuitive, and time consuming, as some years I use the online version, and some years I use the download version. If Intuit would connect the two forms so that you can easily access your own information between the platforms, that would be a huge user-friendly improvement.
