Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble with file, unable to file elecytronic When trying to file electronic, file would not save. Message said I didn't have permission. Followed instruction to look at the file and the info box said the file was unlocked and I could read and write on the file. Still not able to save. So , the result is I must file by mail and have no electronic copy of the return.

I decided to enlist the aide of your tax expert and he found the error and helped me file my correct return. Very professional assistance.

I had questions regarding what some of the terms or requests for information were. She helped me through all of them.
