Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just like any other tax preparation service The experience was ok until i asked a standard deduction question in turbo tax live. Since she was confused about what i was asking she just ended the session with out answering my question. I had to research it myself.

The Turbo tax facility helped me understand the tax implications and I easily completed 2023 taxes. I did have some uncertainties and questions, the Help Facility was always there for me.
