Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax experts are very helpful. Although the price was a bit hefty, I believe it was worth it to be able to speak with an actual expert on the subject. Because I needed to file more documents than I thought I did, which if I had not would've been a problem. Thank you Turbotax for the help!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Items Missing I was concerned because TurboTax did not put my refund deposit account numbers on my state form. When I tried to add them in the forms section, it would not allow me to enter the information. If I had not discovered this error my refund would not have been direct deposited.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Long time user I have used TT since the 90s, along with Quicken, so I am pretty invested in the product. I use the desktop versions (Deluxe, Home and Business). As a retired programmer, I have one observation and a couple of suggestions. Observation: it gets slower every year. It is beginning to get annoying. Suggestions: I use the business version to do an estate tax return and on line 8 of the other info section of the return I am supposed to add an attachment to explain why the estate has been open more than 2 years. Currently I am cheating by making my 8453 a multipage pdf but I would really like a way to attach another pdf file. Second suggestion: I import from Quicken and from my brokerage accounts on my personal taxes, so why can't I when doing estate taxes?
