Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finally got taxes done Yay! Took a little longer than I hoped, was advised to file for an extension. I guess it has been a strange year! With lots of changes. Turbo tax is a good service, especially for small businesses like mine. Initially, I do not understand certain things, it takes a few minutes to get the wheels turning. So I appreciate experts taking over and getting it done for me with little efforst from me.

I couldn't figure out where i went wrong and she figured it out right away. This was a huge relief to me, this was the first time in almost 50 yrs that i missed the deadline and turbotax helped me immensely!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax seemed overpriced for what we got We started with TurboTax Live Self-Employed and I completed a lot on my own, but I got mixed messages from some of the Live experts, some of whom did not seem very qualified or knowledgeable, however, some did, but it was confusing getting mixed messages, so we decided to upgrade to full service to get a final answer on the state tax reciprocity agreement and how to file that. We went through 2 tax accountants who both started out find and then disappeared over time without much communication from TurboTax or any apologies for the unexpected delays or change in service. We probably would not use TurboTax Life Full Service again.

This year, we had a lot of moving parts and were concerned we wouldn’t be able to accurately file without assistance. Paul was able to help us tackle each portion and give us confidence that we were filing correctly.
