The forms are easy to fill in, prompts advise on how to proceed, and your return is auto-saved. The Live Expert was knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and answered ALL my questions. Help was available within 30 minutes. No waiting for an in-person appointment. That's worth every dollar I spent with TurboTax. Their guarantees are 100 percent. They have knowledge I can't get anywhere else. Thank you, TurboTax Tribe!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never a problem until now TT recommended that I itemize, I agree, I always do. I have used TT for 5 years, I always itemize. TT WONT LET ME ITEMIZE, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS I SHOULD AND STILL GAVE ME THE STANDARD DEDUCTION. I am using the Deluxe version as I always do. I googled, I went to boards, I posted on help sites. I finally gave up. It was a difference of <$50 in my refund. You owe me moneyTT. I’ll find a new tax program for 2021

The ability to setup e-filing of completed tax forms and tax payments direct from a bank account makes it very convenient. Overall a good experience.
