Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a help, but not easy to upload. I was extremely disappointed to find how difficult it was to upload the file this year. It took me 3 hours to finally get an actual person at Turbo Tax to finally help me get it uploaded and even he had a hard time. It seems to get more difficult each year to do. I did like your format better this year as far as entering my information. It was much easier to get everything entered this time without missing anything. I'm still on the fence as to whether I will use it next year or not, not to mention the final cost - which with purchasing the disc & your processing the return ended up totaling over $200 for a standard return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX EhASE OF USE LAST YEAR MY RETURN SHOWED I WAS TO RECEIVE OVER 2000 DOLLARS BACK AND WAS I EXCITED. FIRST RETURN SINCE 1974. HOWEVER ON FILING THE IRS SINCE BE A BILL WITH THE TAX OWED AND I WAS PENALIZED FOR FILING WRONG. TRIED CALLING TURBO TAX BUT ONLY GOT A MACHINE.

I wanted to rpint before filing and the only way I could find to print was to say i was going to mail even though I wanted to efile. when you ask questions the answers are not a whole of help. My questions tend to be mechanical/technical not tax so maybe that is why
