I have used TurboTax for several years, but somehow this year when I entered my info, the program didn't recognize my self-employed income for Schedule SE tax, so I had to calculate and update the form manually. I tried many searches and couldn't find what I must have missed in the program questions, and why I had to enter data manually. I never found an answer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review Turbo Tax was a great aid in filling out my returns. It was fast, yet thorough. One thing I would suggest as an improvement is the "Revisit" status. I would go through a complete category and it would tell me to revisit it. When I went back through the entire category there was nothing different and the category was still listed as "Revisit". It left me feeling that I hadn't completed something

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same problems every year I use TurboTax as a creature of habit -- but not because I love the software. There is a new curveball every year for users, and the regular updates that push and impact my ability to use the software are annoying at best. Lots of hidden fees and expect your data to be sold widely. Not the software it once was and expect I'll be building up new habits elsewhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trust Tax Filing Experience The TurboTax Business tool was a bit more of a channenge than using the personal income tax tool. I was also disappointed that my state filing was not available in the tool despite advertizing that this tool covers both federal and state filings.
