Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need Lots of Work Completing Virginia State Return Preparing Federal Business Taxes were fine however preparing our business' Virginia State tax report was a complete mystery and frustrating headache. Turbotax just transferred data from the business federal form to the State's, but wasn't given any views of what data was transferred into what State form fields. Nor was I provided an opportunity to review the details of the data that TurboTax transmitted. During the Virginia State Return review I was presented a requirement to complete fields within the Virginia Form Schedule 502A. I couldn't file the state return until this form was filled in. Was provided NO reasons on instructions why this form was needed nor any help screens on what information was being asked for in any of the required fields. I ended up guessing and doing web searches on what was needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Well it was easy and convenient to file in TurboTax instead of doing walkins because I’m so busy with my job I travel with the flooring company so I never had a chance to actually go inside the building so using TurboTax makes everything much better even though I wish I could I use my refund to pay for it but it’s OK I guess I’ll get it back with my refund hits
