Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Vultures tricked me into $120 fee I have used turbo tax every year to do my taxes since my first job at 15, and it has always been super intuitive. This year though I must have been rushing through it a little bit too fast, and somehow I clicked something that resulted in an unchangeable $120 fee and me being hard locked in turbo tax premium. I didn't receive any thing that warrants this fee and really just feel tricked. I ended up spending another hour online trying to figure out how to remove turbotax premium to no avail. I don't think I will use turbo tax again and have gotten other recommendations from friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great software package to file returns TurboTax makes preparing and filing income tax returns, both federal and state, easy. Prompts are made for each section of the returns. State returns are seamless as all data comes from the federal return. I have used TurboTax for many years and will continue to do so in the future.
