Too much detail required when in the end I did not need to itemize. Got charged for 2 state filings at $25/each. Give me a break!

During the process, the application asks 3+ times whether you would like to upgrade. They tried to sell credit karma three times in addition to that. At the conclusion, an additional 'refund processing' fee was assessed.

Could not enter everything, and the state form was confusing. I'd like to see this section beefed up a bit with more explanations, especially when there's a pass-through involved (rental income from another LLC).
