Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem with imported file Jenni stayed on phone with me till we figure out the problem. For some reason when my pension imported it had a wrong Distribution Code. Jenni figured it out and now I will get a refund instead of paying IRS, it was an $1800 difference in monies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes it easy. Turbo tax always makes it easy to file taxes, requiring minimal amount of physical documentation. I always hear horror stories from my family members about waiting over a year for their tax returns, or how hard it is to file. I have used turbo tax for a few years, and they have never let me down!
