Rated 3 out of 5 by from not a fan of having upgraded services pushed on me I feel like we get alot of pressure to upgrade service. I like your basic, online product. Dont act like audit protecting is a necessity to me when its a "just in case" service. I love how simple your product is, but I get interrupted in focus when I have to read about additional services in the middle of my process. Make it an option before I do my taxes, but don't question my choice If I say no by repeating to advertise upgraded services I never wanted.
