Rated 1 out of 5 by from I didn't appreciate what felt like hidden fees There was a processing fee for getting my fees taken out of my refund that I never noticed until I had went through the trouble of filling everything out. There were also multiple occasions that I felt like the program was attempting to upsell me so it went from free to taking a good chunk of my refund. the whole thing made me feel a little bamboozled and had. It was user friendly but when I feel like you're hiding fees it makes me uncomfortable and wonder what other terms, conditions, and language could be hiding somewhere. I almost never leave negative reviews so I apologize if this is off putting in any way, I just wanted to be honest.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from System glitch There is a system glitch where I have to keep adjusting my display setting, otherwise, the font/screen will be too big to work on. It is a pain. Turbotax forum was not helpful as some topics aren't available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I ran into a few problems I enjoyed the software and it was easy to use. However, I ran into a lot of problems when trying to file my taxes. When I was finally able to file my taxes I had to pay a fee. When I was trying to file my taxes it was free but by the time the system let me file them I had to pay. This was very upsetting.
