Because we'd used TurboTax last year, and because we had pretty straightforward income, it took me less than two hours to file our taxes this year! It also seemed like TurboTax had improved their design a little to make it even easier. Love this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love the progress bar! but I noticed there's a new countdown and progress bar to nudge me to finish this difficulty task (mentally and physically) which is an exciting surprise. But, I still lost sometimes when I clicked on something unexpected and then i literally not sure where I was, and that progress bar does not help at that moment. But overall this tedious experience (tax itself) is better than last year, so I just wanna show my grateful feeling for your talented team. There's still some confusion abt the investment report but it looks like I finally figured it out. (which relates to pure usability on interaction )
