I have been using this for many years and will continue to use it because of the ease of transferring most information from one year to the next. Transferring info from the bank regarding investment account was impossible, despite the bank name listed as one from which they could import the documents. I will still use it, however.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and Quick I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This was the first time I had chosen the option to have the payment for the service be taken out of my refund. I'm glad I was paying attention! The service for allowing them to take the payment out of your refund is $39! In my opinion, this fee is excessive and not up front. It should have the option state that it is an extra $39, not finding out by reading a chart of others services you can purchase.
