Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good software, with limitations Mostly good software, but many details are steps are non-intuitive and hidden. Consequently, many questions come to mind and need to be answered via consultation with their "experts". I consulted 5 or 6 times this year. Only about half the time they were knowledgeable. These people are not truly tax experts; they just know the basics.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I paid for TurboTax Premium online earlier this year. Then, at the end of filing, I had to pay again. Once I got the return started, it was unable to find my previous year returns. I've used TurboTax for many years - the last 3-4 years were downloaded (vs CD). This was the beginning of my difficulties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! but.. The service is great, easy to follow and friendly. my only challenge is the hike in prices, specially for simple taxes with stock sales. In today's world, access to the stock market is much more available to regular people and having to pay so much more in tax filing fees for an extra couple of dollars in income coming from stock I think is not cool. I'm not saying it should be part of the free version, but it shouldn't be over 100 dollars for that extra function.
