Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax online works better than the desktop ver This year I bought the Turbo Tax from Costco and I found it's very difficult to use. The way it walks me through questions are not as easy as the online version (I used 3 years in a row for online). Turn out, with the online version I get $2K more than the desktop. So I have to go back step by step and compare with the online version to find missing steps. Very disappointing!

It's also a great resource to ask specific questions and get clear answers. We also appreciate the encouragement along the way!
