Con: They lost my previous records, I couldn't fill out the form to excuse the pre-payment penalty, the website takes FOREVER to fill out. This shouldn't be a service we have to pay for...

I'd recommend others to do it, in fact, I've recommended my neighbor to use turbo tax if not for this year maybe the next one. Thanks
