Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax: A very good program for taxes The program handles most situations well. Importing 1099's from Vanguard and TD AmeriTrade was helpful for our land sales, IRA's, stocks and mutual funds. It could be a bit more accurate on K-1 forms. Estimate tax info is hidden too deep to find. Importing last year's tax info could be easier. The "big problem" is not saving the updates onto the TurboTax program. I hate having to wait 20 minutes to download, unpack, and install the the 235 MB file. Therefore, I just leave the computer on and never close the program until taxes are completed (except for power outages); tech support could not help with this issue. I remember doing taxes by hand, and I have used this program a long time; when it was MacInTax years ago and this is the best way for doing taxes. We are about as complicated as an "average" tax payer can get and this program does the job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Changes The TurboTax changes for 2021 are too extreme, there are too many pages for an average tax return, not necessary to have 50 pages of paper. PLEASE RETURN TO THE 2020 VERSION OF TURBOTAX

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HAD SOME SNAGS Been using for years with success. This year some entry screens did not pop up and I had to go to view forms to enter the data. Happened once last year, more this year. Could not enter w-2's in pop up. Really?
