Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great I have used turbotax since 2004. The program is extremely user friendly which instills confidence that the taxes will be submitted with no errors. On two previous tax years, I had the need to consult with a turbotax expert. The understanding, professional approach and desire to help resolve my issues by these experts was beyond excellent. Another example of confidence in turbotax and the personnel employed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comprehensive Tax Prep But Not Always Intuitive Second year using the Turbo Tax Premier (download version). File saving when starting my return always seems to be an issue. Instructions and question prompts are not very clear for investment schedules and the Turbo Tax/Intuit help can be rather circuitous at times. Not sure if it's a function of the tax code or the geeky software/accounting developers. But once again I got through it and feel it was a thorough and professional effort. Hope I remember how I did it when next year's tax season comes around!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Gave Me That HOOKUP! I used the free version of TurboTax and it was incredibly easy to navigate. I also assumed I didn't qualify for the stimulus but nope I did! The site basically noticed I didn't receive my stimulus, which then basically said here's a big stack on top of your refund! Didn't take very long at all to finish.
