Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less helpful We've been using TurboTax for years. In the past there have been icons next to most of the fields that give you access to relevant and contextual information. These are all gone. The online help isn't very helpful since it took several searches to get the information I needed. For example, I searched for "Schedule SE" and after seven or eight entries it finally said to search for "sch se" to get the jump link to the form. Things like this make me believe they have purposefully downgraded their service to the customer in an attempt to force people to upgrade to more expensive plans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I liked Turbo Tax It did take a while because I was unfamiliar but it walks you through each part line by line. It also helped me see everything (tax breaks and deductions) that helped with my return. This was my first time doing business and personal on here.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!! I will never absolutely NEVER be using turbo tax ever again it is an absolute nightmare. Turbo tax claims to be so simple but it is not! The representatives do not help to navigate the site is so confusing not clear step by step. Turbo tax forced me to pay the $80 basic fee and then after I had to pay them an additional $130 for the deluxe package I ended up spending way more than if I would have just gone to someone professional to get it done! I hated every single aspect of this experience I will continue to spread the word on the awful service turbo tax is.
