Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great it was really easy. My experience was was very satisfying, Ireally like the ease of losing into my account and entering my tax info, that allowed me to take my time and enter my information correctly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DIY with Audit has no instant chat help available Process was smooth overall, but two snags: Vehicle Actual Expense option requires cryptic calculation of depreciation which should be made easier to formulate. Also, instant chat along with option to flag missing tax form docs in final return review should be made available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat disappointed this year. Intuit information says that my credit card would not be charged until the return is accepted by the IRS. However, the Intuit did charge on 4/12/23. I assumed the return had been accepted. Realized IRS had not charged my card. Upon inquiry was told on 4/30/23 that I had not completed Step 3. My faultl but seems Intuit would have notified me. Intuit informs me that late fees and penalties now apply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beats Paying an Accountant Much More $$$ I've learned so much about my finances and taxes since I began doing my own taxes with the help of TurboTax, AND it sure beats paying an accountant hundreds of dollars to do them for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn’t realize my taxes weren’t filed Usually I have no issues with turbo tax, however when I went to check on the status of my tax return, I realized that my tax return filed 6 weeks ago, was never filed. I didn’t realize that and didn’t receive any notification that the process wasn’t completed
