Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has gone downhill It won't let me transfer last years taxes because the files are too big. Even for my daughter who has a pretty simple return each year. This is ridiculous. TT is supposed to make our lives easier. TT keeps raising their prices and delivering less. They provide very little information on why they are asking certain questions and how it changes taxes. If you have any unusual situations it is extremely hard to figure out how to use Turbo Tax. I will be looking into hiring a professional next year.
