Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly good. Very good on federal. A little more frustrating on state, where there isn't quite as much help. A few times there was no real help on filling in requested state info, once there was a link but it was to a 2014 document.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from On line help is confusing, and way too difficult. In 2022 an easy to access, readily available live chat help area should be a part of this program. I spent over an hour messing around just trying to find software help. After an hour, and much trial and error, the program glitch resolved itself. Time is money, this is inexcusable.
