Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disclose Simple Table of All Fees We have used Turbo Tax for many years and find that each year you are less user friendly. The switch to requiring Windows 10 meant we had to DOWNGRADE from Windows 7. Your charging a state e-filing fee meant we mailed all previous years. Having tried e-filing this year and you having raised the fee to $25 means were going back to mail next year to avoid added costs at the end (i.e., we don't trust you).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed I've used TurboTax for several years (15+?) and always have been a major fan. Unfortunately, this was the hardest version to use that I can remember. In particular, the entering of investment information was confusing, and the program failed to automatically ask for our SS Income information. I'm 73, I've been getting SS for a while and believe Turbox tax should have been able to figure this out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I have used Turbo Tax for taxes for several years and no major problems. However, they should disclose that you have to pay an additional fee to efile state returns! Whenever the consumer purchases the software & it states that you get 5 federal returns and one state return, you assume that everything is paid for. Unfortunately you don't realize that you have to pay to efile the state return & there was no way to opt out or just print it so it could be mailed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax is slow and often difficult TurboTax took forever to load, forever to change screens and malfunctioned in the middle of the e-filing process, causing a great deal of concern and aggravation. Phone "support" is beyond useless into downright maliciously poor.
