Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was unable to accept my credit card Overall experience completing my taxes was very intuitive following the prompts. However, the filing experience for my state taxes was impossible since the program would not accept my credit card. My zip code spans two counties with different sales tax rates. For some reason the application can not figure out which tax rate so it just refuses to accept my credit card. Please fix this issue. It has been going on for many years now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh It was okay for a pinch. It was too expensive though. Not sure if I got the 20% off, and I had to pay for this extra package for $100 because I made some petty sum on investiments. I'm a student with meager investments, not a high roller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 I managed to set the Race clock and beat the proposed time limit on preparation again! I have used it exclusively for the past few years and never had an issue. Any questions were instantly answered or were available online.
