Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan I couldn't get help when I was stuck. Wanted last years tax info and I went through Turbo Tax last year so why wouldn't they have it? Frustrated and got way less this year. Not happy

I have been doing my taxes with turbo tax for about 6 years now and really have not had any issues or concerns as to others who go have their taxes prepared in a office and wait hours and have all kinds of issues when waiting for the tax return, I can assure that this has never happened to me and feel that i get a great refund each time.

Not needing to type much of anything in, means less chance of mistakes, and less time commitment. I really appreciate that there is help at hand if I need it. Overall, easy to use, and comforting.
