Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well overall but is higher priced I am a retired accounting professional and understand taxes but find Turbo Tax time saving however, it is a bit frustrating - I mostly go to individual forms to enter my data. One example, I wanted to use auto debit for the federal tax I owe but when I entered that field it came up as an error and could only be added after starting the electronic filing process. On my charities I entered addresses for every gift originally and then during the filing process I was asked to confirm those.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not What I Hoped For After I purchased this in January or early February I started working on my return and had a lot of trouble getting accurate return. I tried multiple time and came up with something different every time. I even tried a number of different tax software programs but they were even worse. I finally finished a good return that I submitted to the IRS today. Been working on it all week. I have not had this much trouble with Turbo Tax before and hope this is the last time I do.

I got stuck and called for help and spoke with a representative who helped me proceed to the end of the process. I will tell all my friends about how great your products are and how helpful these programs are for someone who is not a professional.
