Rated 3 out of 5 by from Full Service still requires significant time Upgraded to the Full Service option in hopes that taxes this year would take me minimal time. I was required to upload all of my various tax forms, which was totally expected. What wasn't expected was the amount of time going back and forth with multiple agents to set my return up correctly. The "tax experts" that I got connected with made some pretty big errors that I only caught by having a third party (my financial advisor) review (missed some backdoor IRA conversions that massively increased my taxes due). The overall return process also took roughly 2.5 weeks from start to finish - I filed right at the tax deadline, but didn't expect the process to take that long. You get what you paid for - an option that saves you a ton of time compared to the DIY TurboTax options, but with a "tax expert" that is subpar to a CPA. Make sure you review your return in detail before filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dissapointed Even though you do not want to upgrade it makes you upgrade regardless so they charge you more. Had to borrow money just to get my taxes. Cant believe they FORCEFULLY make you upgrade or else you cant file. Now i owe someone $100.00
