Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax for 2021 was terrible. It was a disaster this year. I have used since 2009 and this is the hardest ever. Questions asked were ones that I have never encountered before and everything from my end was very similar to past years. I am going to try something else next year. Difficulty even getting my nickname included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. It's great. I love the ability to download some of my tax documents directly into Turbo Tax. Saves me time and reduces errors. I recommend TurboTax. The IRS had an issue once missing files from my broker and the Tax Audit feature took care of that as it was the IRS' fault not mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptionally Easy Turbo Tax Premier takes you through your taxes step by step. Each step has an option to look up an explanation for each item along with another option for extra assistance. You can always go back and change any entry, and Turbo Tax will recheck for accuracy each time. I love that it checks and double checks for errors and gives you an audit estimate probability. No matter how accurate I think I am, I always worry about it. With Turbo Tax I am confident that my taxes have been done correctly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Everything about this is terrible It's not a surprise that groups like TurboTax lobby to keep the IRS from making it easier for taxpayers to file their own returns: if anyone COULD avoid using this service, they WOULD. The importation process is maddeningly poorly implemented, the menus are confusing and obtuse, and you have only minimal ability to modify your return directly, as opposed to through their menus. The only reason I used them was because I had a discount code, but turns out the code expired before I actually got in to use it. What a waste of my time...
