Rated 4 out of 5 by from I encountered two issues with TurboTax this year Form 8949: In the "Description of Property" column, I could not enter the full name of the mutual funds I sold in 2021. I could enter the example of "100 shares of XYZ Company", but nothing longer. TurboTax would truncate any entry longer than this...and interestingly sometimes TurboTax truncated the beginning of my entry and other times the end of my entry. So, I couldn't enter say "3,452.234 shares of Fidelity International Capital Appreciation Fund". Therefore, I ended up significantly abbreviating each entry in this column, which is definitely not ideal. Form 1116: You were not able to support e-file for Form 1116 (Schedule B) until March 16th. Since, I needed to complete this form in order to file my federal income tax return, I was not able to e-file until the second half of March. I was planning to e-file by the end of February. As a result of this delay, I e-filed about one month later than I was planning to do so. In the future, I hope you do not have any similar delays in supporting forms I need to complete to e-file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nearly flawless I've used TurboTax for more than a decade. The only issue this year occurred with Form 1099 NEC, which caused a couple of error messages that I could not interpret. Fortunately, it was easy to track down the proper response online.
