Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax average for non resident US citizens Last year Turbo Tax confirmed valid efiling. This year I could not efile because the AGI did not match. Checking my account with the IRS, last year's return was not file !!! I'll file by mail and will then have to figure out what to do . . .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Title appears good but confusing Too clumsy. Very challenging retrieving previous years's or tax returns that I the preparer delayed in finishing. The process to find the file is difficult and unwieldy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pain in the backside TurboTax connects with institutions, and then asks repetitious questions the answers to which it already downloaded. It takes time to wade through screens in order to affirmatively click that a gazillion 1099 boxes are empty. In contrast, it then asks obscure questions which are beyond the scope of a layperson's knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax once again makes doing taxes SIMPLE! Turbo Tax keeps my family from visiting an H&R Block office, gas money to get there, and everything in between. I would never consider a competitor. Thank you, Turbo Tax for making tax time a pleasant one!
