I also feel like I got ripped off because I never even spoke to an agent once, yet I paid for it. I'm also not a fan that an agent wasn't available 24/7

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comments on Turbo Tax 2020 Sometimes Turbo Tax presents data on the screen underneath text boxes and then insists that the same data be retyped manually. This is stupid. There should be a button that says that the data is OK and just use it.
