Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very happy with TurboTax this year. Software seemed harder to use, kept asking to include info I did not have even after I provided contact for my Schwab accounts. I would have spoken to one of your experts but couldn't figure how to do that even though I have called in the past and gotten all the help I needed. I have NEVER needed to file a state return for Virginia. This year TurboTax indicated I needed to do that. I assume the fee for a state return other than Michigan is the reason. Very disappointed in you guys, constantly trying to sell me something I don't need. Seems there was some of that before but this year it was especially egregious. Frustrating and time consumiing effort this year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good and smooth as years past Turbo Tax was never able to in port the data from quickbooks self employed and I had to input the data by hand and then it charged me for turbotax when it hasent the last 5 years because I have been paying for Quickbooks Self employed subscription.
