Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is hands down the best way to file! I've been a Turbo Tax user for 3 years now because it's easy, very thorough, and reasonably priced. It took me less than an hour to do my 2020 taxes. Now, I'm a life long customer...Bravo!

TurboTax is very easy, self explanatory and not hard to navigate and we have always used TurboTax to do our own taxes; however, it seem like over the last several years they continue to get more expensive for the same basic services!! May have to start looking for another service for next year because at this point I might as well be paying a CPA to do my taxes with the rates they are charging now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awful.... I have used Turbo Tax for years... this year was just awful... I wasted so many hours getting it done this year... there is no source of getting answers that were actually helpful... of corse, I can sign up for "extra services" and get phone help... and I can email my state return for $25... plus an additional $25 for some sort of something... so it actually would cost me $50 just to mail my state... it's been very frustrating... next year I will be looking at other options...
